What we teach We teach the long form of the well known WU Tai Chi Style, both the square and the round form. Chi Kung (Qigong) Shibashi 1, Five element qi gong etc. We cater for those, who would like to take up the Art for relaxation purposes, exercise their bodies in a method which requires both mind and body coordination (holistic exercising). Appreciate that the Art is a derivative of Chinese Martial Art, and wish to increase their knowledge of it, i.e. keep learning new moves etc. The above practice is suitable for a wide range of ages and physical ability. What to wear ? Clothing should be comfortably loose. e.g. track suit or any other casual loose fitting clothing. The Martial Arts shops sell loose fitting trousers. We sell T-shirts with our club logo. Shoes should be soft e.g. runners would be suitable
